This Privacy Policy relates to how Little Bodhi Photography complies with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). The policy outlines the data collected by Little Bodhi Photography, why the data is collected, the process and management of personal data, and what your rights are under GDPR.


What Data Little Bodhi Photography Collects

Little Bodhi Photography collects and processes the following data provided by you in a variety of ways including, but not limited to when you use this site, when you register on this Site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, complete a survey or fill out a form:

  • Personal information - including your name, email address, phone number, postal address, as well as the names, ages, and other details about your family and other participants in a photography session, and any other info that you choose to provide Little Bodhi Photography.
  • Payment information - including your bank card and/or bank account information provided by you to my payment service providers, and your billing address.
  • Other information - such as your family story and any other personal information you choose to share during our initial phone consultation, emails, and consultation meetings. This includes any information provided by you when you enter in my model calls, competitions and giveaways, or when interacting on my social media platforms.


In providing photography services, Little Bodhi Photography will create images that may identify you, your family members and other participants. You are responsible for making sure that all participants in photography sessions understand this Privacy Policy and have been made aware of the terms and conditions laid out in the Client Agreement Contract and Model Release. How Little Bodhi Photography Uses Collected Data

Little Bodhi Photography may collect and use your personal information in the following ways:

  • To contact you about our services and create and deliver the services and products you have requested including details about your contracts, photoshoot, gallery, payments, images and orders
  • With your consent Little Bodhi Photography may use your photographs to promote and advertise Little Bodhi Photography services and products a) on our website, blog and other digital advertising of Little Bodhi Photography services, b) social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest and c) our printed publications, presentations and materials (including flyers, posters, business cards, brochures)
  • With your consent little Bodhi Photography may use your photographs to enter photography competitions or to support a photography qualification
  • To provide you with information about Little Bodhi Photography news, goods, services, events and other promotions we feel may be of interest to you. This will be done via email with your consent, providing you gave consent at the time you provided the personal data
  • To improve customer service
  • To personalise the customers experience
  • To improve this Site
  • To run a model call, competition, giveaway, survey or other Site feature
  • For other purposes that you have consented to when you provided your data


If you request for Little Bodhi Photography to delete your data or you ask to be removed from our mailing list we are required to do so. Basic data will be kept to identify you and prevent further unwanted use of your data.


How Little Bodhi Photography Discloses Your Information

Little Bodhi Photography may be share your personal information with Third Parties in the following situations:

  • Service Providers (card processing or payment services, data hosting services or online gallery providers, specialist service providers including printers, framers, book binders). These service providers may access, store or process your personal data for the sole purpose of providing the service to us we have hired them to do.
  • For admin and legal reasons.
  • For advertising and marketing purposes I may display your photos on photography related websites, in exhibitions, magazines, on social media as per your Client Agreement Contract and Model Release
  • Business Transfer: Should we sell Little Bodhi Photography or the business is acquired by a third party, personal data held by Little Bodhi Photography may be one of the assets transferred.


Payment Information

Any credit/debit card payments and other payments you make will be processed by our third party payment providers and the payment data you submit will be securely stored and encrypted by our payment service providers. Little Bodhi Photography does not directly process or store the debit/credit card data that you submit.



Web Browser Cookies

This Site is powered by Pixieset (pixieset.com). It may use 'cookies' to enhance your experience. Your web browser places cookies on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about you. You can choose to accept or decline the Site's cookies. Data Retention


Little Bodhi Photography will keep your personal data solely for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and for as long as reasonably necessary. Your personal data will be held for six (6) years following our last contact with you and your digital files, or the duration outlined by any legal, accounting or reporting requirements, whichever is longer. After this time your personal data will be destroyed.


If you consent to receiving marketing communications, Little Bodhi Photography will keep your data until you unsubscribe.


Data Retention

Little Bodh will keep your personal data only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or for the duration required by any legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting requirements, whichever is the longer. In particular, we retain your personal data for 6 years following our last contact with you and we retain digital files of your photographs for the statutory copyright period from time to time in force. When you consent to receive marketing communications, we will keep your data until you unsubscribe. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period we will securely destroy your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Little Bodhi Photography has the discretion to update this policy at any time. You acknowledge and agree it is your responsibility to regularly check this page for changes.
